You have 7 calendar days from the date you received an item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Policy
At Piper & Skye, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your new handbag, please review our return policy below.
- Return Period: You have seven days from the date of purchase to return your handbag. To be eligible for a return, your handbag must be in the same brand-new condition as when you received it, free of any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- Manufacturing Defects: We stand by the quality of our products. Returns are accepted only for items with manufacturing defects (Metal parts (in particular: chains, clasps, eyelets, screws, rivets, carabiners, snap hooks, key ring attachments, ring or chain link, press stud, top or magnet, handles, bag straps, tabs, braided chain, seams, zippers). If you believe your handbag has a manufacturing defect, please get in touch with our customer service team for assistance.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within seven days of your purchase to initiate the return process.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on returning your item.
- Packaging: Ensure your handbag is securely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping. Please include all original tags, accessories, and the purchase receipt.
- Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely received.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned handbag, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within ~2-4 business days.
Additional Information
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee.
- Piper & Skye is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you may contact us at info@piperandskye.com and one of our customer care representatives will help you place a replacement order. Please note you will be charged for the replacement item and you will be refunded for your return item once received and processed by us. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If an item is shipped outside the U.S. or Canada, you will also be responsible for paying any applicable import taxes and/or additional shipping charges. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
